Ljósbrá & Lykill

On the 23rd of june our last foal was born. A little chestnut stallion which will be soon snowwhite. His father is Sveinn Hervar frá Þúfu, judged with 9 for tölt, slow tölt, trot, canter, temperament and looks under rider

Ísold  & Ísafold

On the 15th of june finally another little mare. I am very happy with this girl. The mother is Ísold frá Neðra-Vatnshorn and the father is Glýmur frá Innri-Skeljabrekku. Ísold is judged with 8,5 for tölt, canter and looks under rider. And not less as 9 for temperament. Glýmur is judged with 9 for tölt and trot, and not less as 8,65 for riding.

Ísold will be bred to Vilmundur frá Feti. Vilmundur was the nr. 1 in his class at the Landsmót in 2006. Judged with 8,56.

Kantata & Kónsert

Early in the morning on june the 11th there came a nice yellow dun stallionfoal. His father is Ómur frá Kvistum. Maybe the most populair stallion in 2009, and a big gæðingur. He is shown with 8,85 for riding and 8,61 as an overal score. As Kantata was the nr. 3 of Iceland in the four year old class (she recieved 8,26)  we expect really a lot from this young stallion in the future.

Kantata will be covered by the stallion Orri frá Þúfu.

Klóra & Kringla

On the first of june Klóra got a beautiful marefoal. Often I don´t find foals special, but this girl is gorgeous. Very well build and shows beautiful movements. So I am só happy. The father of this mare is the stallion Kjarni frá Þjóðolfshaga, who recieved 9,5 for tölt. His father is the well known Andvari frá Ey and his mother the champion Kringla frá Kringlumýri. So this little mare definetely has a superb background.

Klóra will be bred to the pintostallion Ljóni frá Ketilsstöðum. Ljóni got 8,44 for building and 8,35 for riding.

Vænting & Tímon

On the 15th of may our second foal was born. Again a little stallion, he is yellow dun with dorsal stripe and two stars on his head. The father of this little one is Gammur frá Steinnesi. Gammur gives very nice ridinghorses, several are doing very well. There are a few with 9 for tölt and others are participating on highest level of competition here in Iceland. Vænting, the mother, was a horse everybody would love to ride. So totally to be trusted and very easy gaits, always willing to go where we want to go. So we see a bright future for this foal as a nice companion for somebody.

Þokkadís  & Þjónn

Our first foal on the 10th of may. A beautiful brown stallion. The father is Kappi frá Kommu, judged with 8,42 as a fourgaited stallion. 9 for tölt, trot, temperament. 9,5 for looks under rider and canter.
